Baldrige winners outperformed the S&P index by 4 to 1 in eight out of ten years studied! Our Keynote Speaker will be Bob Stearns, CEO of “Powerful PotentialTM”, who will talk on the “Five Baldrige Strategies for Creating a Culture of Excellence”.
About our Keynote Speaker, Bob Stearns
We are very excited to announce our engagement of business excellence guru Bob Stearns as our 2016 Keynote Speaker. As CEO of “Powerful PotentialTM”, Bob has provided invaluable assistance to numerous client companies in their development of Performance Excellence cultures. Bob was the Architect and Leader of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Process for Medrad Inc. from 1995 to 2000.
In 1999 and 2000, Bob led Medrad, Inc. to the finals of the Award Process. Medrad won the Baldrige Award in 2003 and again in 2010. During its Baldrige journey, Medrad realized 15% annual growth in both sales and profitability every year for 20 years. He has served as a Senior Baldrige Examiner for the US Department of Commerce, and has received the Award for Excellence from the American Society for Training and Development.
Bob’s Keynote speech will focus on “Five Baldrige Strategies for Creating a Culture of Excellence”:
