In 2002, Echo along with Dr. Richard Florida and Dr. Kevin Stolarick launched Catalytix Inc., a spin-out from Carnegie Mellon University, specializing in regional economic development research and strategic planning with an emphasis on measuring the impact of arts and the creative economy on growth and prosperity.

Catalytix assignments have been domestic and global, taking our teams to over 50 communities in the U.S.A. and over 20 countries globally.
